About the course
Current regulations establish that food companies are responsible for supervising and training food handlers, and they are subject to appropriate sanctions in the event of noncompliance. Therefore, it is very important that they dedicate resources to meeting the training requirements for these workers.
The SAIA food handling course will be delivered online, following a fully updated program with extensive practical content, taught by highly qualified professionals with experience in the sector. The class will be taught via Zoom, mirroring the usual in-person class. A certificate of attendance will be sent via email.

HACCP system prerequisites
