Terms and conditions for course bookings

2. What you are buying

One or more places on a specific session of a course (date, time, format and length), as described on the course page and in the order summary.

Online courses are taught live by video call (Zoom). In-person courses take place at the venue stated for the session.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT (21%).

Payment is made by card through CaixaBank's secure payment gateway (Redsys). SAIA never sees or stores your card details. Your place is held while you complete the payment and is confirmed once the bank authorises it.

If you need an invoice in a company's name, ask us at hola@saia.es with your order number and billing details.

4. Confirmation

Once the payment is confirmed, we email you the order summary and the information you need to join the course.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellations

You have 14 calendar days from your purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. Email us at hola@saia.es with your order number and we will refund the full amount, using the same payment method, within 14 days at the latest.

If the course starts before those 14 days are over, by buying you ask us to deliver it on the date you chose. You can withdraw until it starts; once the course has been delivered, the service has been fully provided and you can no longer withdraw (Article 103(a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

If you cannot attend, let us know before the start and we will move you to another session of the same course, or you can transfer your place to someone else.

6. Changes or cancellation by SAIA

If we have to postpone or cancel a session (for example, because the minimum number of participants is not reached, or for reasons of force majeure), we will let you know as soon as possible and you can choose between moving to another date or a full refund.

7. Attendance and certificate

For online courses you need a device with an internet connection and audio. When the course is over, we will email you a certificate of attendance.

8. Subsidised training (FUNDAE)

Places bought on this website are not processed as subsidised training. If you are a company and want to claim the course through FUNDAE, enrol from the course page with «Request enrolment»: we will send you the delegation agreement and the participant list.

9. Data protection

We use the details you give us when you buy to manage your enrolment, issue the invoice and send you the course information. Full details, including how to exercise your rights, are in this website's privacy policy.

10. Complaints and governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
